Courtney Hart-Windhom

Courtney graduated from the GREAT Bethune-Cookman University with her Bachelor’s in Chemistry and later received her Masters in Nanotechnology from the University of Central Florida. She is currently pursuing a doctorate in Higher Education Administration at St. Cloud State University. Courtney has worked with TRiO in some capacity since 2011. She has worked with Upward Bound, Student Support Services, and Educational Talent Search. Mrs. Hart-Windhom currently serves as the Manager for the Upward Bound – Project EDGE program at UCF. Her professional interests include student success, college access, creating opportunities for first-generation and underrepresented students, and creating more STEM interest in the Black community.
