Aliandra Burgos

Aliandra is a passionate advocate for student support and success, particularly among underrepresented student populations. She brings a wealth of experience to the Project BEST Team, having earned her master’s degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with concentrations in Instructional Design and Adult Learning from the University of Central Florida. Prior to joining Project BEST, Aliandra managed the Strategies for Student Success Program at UCF and formerly worked in a TRIO Student Support Services program at her alma mater, The University of Vermont.

A self-proclaimed lifelong learner and jack-of-all-trades, Aliandra is dedicated to continuous personal and professional development. She believes in empowering students to pursue their own paths of growth and achievement. Throughout her career, Aliandra has demonstrated a commitment to improving student outcomes and fostering inclusive learning environments. Her goal with Project BEST is to further advance student success initiatives and make a meaningful impact on the educational experience of all students.

Outside of her professional endeavors, Aliandra enjoys wellness activities, practicing self-care, soaking up the sun, reading, cooking, baking, and spending time with family and friends.
